This policy applies to one-time digital wallpaper packs purchased from Clean Desk Setup through cleandesksetup.com. It does not apply to products or subscriptions offered through separate Clean Desk Setup websites.

1. Our policy

Clean Desk Setup sells digital wallpaper packs. Because digital files can be accessed, copied, and used immediately, we do not offer discretionary refunds, exchanges, store credit, or “change of mind” refunds.

Refunds are provided only where required by applicable law, including a valid exercise of a consumer’s right of withdrawal or where digital content is not supplied, is incorrect, or does not conform to applicable legal requirements.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.

2. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer purchasing for personal use, you may have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date the contract is concluded, without giving a reason.

For faster processing, please include your name, the email address used for your order, and your order number. However, a clear withdrawal statement sent before the deadline is sufficient.

If your withdrawal is valid, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method within the period required by applicable law.

3. Immediate access to digital content

Digital wallpaper packs are normally delivered immediately after payment.

Where a customer has expressly requested immediate delivery, acknowledged that they will lose their right of withdrawal once delivery begins, and received confirmation of that acknowledgement, the right of withdrawal may end once delivery begins, as permitted by applicable law.

Where these requirements have not been met, access to or downloading of a digital product alone does not remove any applicable legal right of withdrawal.

4. Incorrect, unavailable, or defective products

If a product is not delivered, is materially different from its description, is corrupted, or cannot reasonably be accessed or used as described, contact us at support@cleandesksetup.com.

We may first provide a replacement file, restored download access, or another appropriate solution where permitted by law. If the issue cannot be resolved, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund under applicable law.

5. Refunds we do not provide

Except where required by law, we do not provide refunds for:

• A change of mind after the applicable withdrawal period has ended.
• A purchase made by mistake, including duplicate purchases.
• A product you no longer want after accessing or downloading it, where a valid withdrawal waiver applies.
• A preference-based complaint, including disliking the design, colours, style, or content.
• A later price reduction, sale, promotion, bundle, or discount.
• Compatibility issues caused by your device, display settings, operating system, software, or file-handling setup, where the product was supplied as described.
• Business or commercial purchases.
• Requests for exchanges, store credit, or substitution with another wallpaper pack.
