2. Digital products

Clean Desk Setup sells digital wallpaper packs. No physical products are shipped.

After successful payment, access to your purchase will normally be provided through the order-confirmation page and/or sent to the email address used at checkout. You are responsible for providing a correct email address and ensuring you can receive emails from us.

If you experience a download or access issue, contact us at support@cleandesksetup.com and include your order details. We will make reasonable efforts to help you access the product you purchased.

3. Personal-use licence

When you purchase a wallpaper pack, Clean Desk Setup grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the wallpapers on your own personal devices for personal, non-commercial use.

You may use the wallpapers as backgrounds on devices you personally own or control.

You may not:

• Share, transfer, upload, publish, distribute, or make the wallpaper files available to anyone else.
• Resell, sublicense, rent, trade, or redistribute the wallpapers, whether individually or as part of another product, pack, template, theme, app, or service.
• Use the wallpapers for commercial purposes, including client work, business branding, advertising, products for sale, or monetised content.
• Claim the wallpapers or any part of them as your own work.
• Remove copyright notices, watermarks, or other ownership information.
• Use the wallpapers, files, previews, or other Clean Desk Setup content to train, develop, test, or improve any artificial-intelligence or machine-learning system.
• Copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit the wallpapers beyond what this personal-use licence expressly allows.

A purchase gives you a licence to use the wallpapers; it does not transfer ownership or copyright.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website and in our products, including wallpapers, designs, graphics, logos, text, product names, branding, and website materials, is owned by or licensed to Clean Desk Setup and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
