Withdraw from Contract

You can use this page to submit a withdrawal request for an order placed with Clean Desk Setup.

Your right of withdrawal

Clean Desk Setup sells digital products, including downloadable wallpaper packs. If you are a consumer purchasing for personal use, you may have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date the contract is concluded, without giving a reason.

For digital content, the right of withdrawal may end only where you expressly requested immediate delivery, acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins, and received confirmation of that acknowledgement, as permitted by applicable law.

Where these requirements have not been met, accessing or downloading a product alone does not remove any applicable legal right of withdrawal.

Use the form below to submit your request. You may also send a clear withdrawal statement by email to support@cleandesksetup.com.

For faster processing, please include:

• The email address used for the order
• Your order number, if available
• The product you purchased
• The date of your order

A clear statement sent before the applicable deadline is sufficient to exercise your right of withdrawal.

I hereby withdraw from the contract relating to my order with Clean Desk Setup.

After you submit your request, we will send confirmation that it has been received and assess it in accordance with applicable consumer law and our Refund and Right of Withdrawal Policy.
